Mike oversees operations, including fulfillment and customer service for Stitch Fix. Mike joined Stitch Fix to build a world-class operation that provides a superior customer experience.

Prior to Stitch Fix, Mike was COO at Walmart.com where he oversaw all operations for a $5 billion division, including allocation and planning, backend systems, order management, transportation, customer service, fulfillment, multichannel operations, fraud prevention and reverse logistics. Mike led one of the most successful multi-channel offerings in the industry -- Site to Store -- which drove as much as half of Walmart.com’s sales.

Prior to Walmart, Mike worked in business and corporate development in software and consumer Internet. Before turning to operations, he worked at Accenture and Morgan Stanley. Mike holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from the Haas School at University of California, Berkeley.
