Molly is a Principal Service Designer at Ziba Design, a design innovation consultancy in Portland, Oregon. She has co-developed Ziba’s service design practice, collaborating with designers and client teams to prototype new ways to build service mentalities, deliver service strategies and bring service touch points to life. After 15 years of experience in varied design roles – first as a product designer, then a footwear designer, a design researcher & strategist and finally as a service designer – Molly has put down her roots building innovative, comprehensive, experience journeys and connecting those visions to action.
Molly has an BS in Mechanical Engineering Product Design from Stanford University and an MFA in Design from the California College of the Arts. Her clients have included: Portland Art Museum, Adidas, LensCrafters, FedEx, Procter & Gamble, Intel, CostCo, BestBuy and Heinz.
