Since 1994 Brian has consulted and practiced as a researcher, strategist, designer, design manager, and educator at the intersection of User Experience and Service Design in North America and Europe. His simple goal has always been to enable his clients, their business and their customers to benefit from great design and Brian has put that into practice with clients as diverse as adidas, Audi, American Express, Samsung, Cisco, Vanguard, Fidelity, and JPMorganChase. 

Brian has an MBA in Design Management from the University of Westminster, London and currently is mentoring the service design program at Savannah College of Art and Design.

Regarding his practice Brian says “I enjoy work that allows me to continue to grow my knowledge, push the envelope on design methods, work with great people, and be an advocate for design both within and outside the organization.”
